We've hired out the facilities at the Parkside Hotel and spent almost £2,000 on catering alone. Luckily, we don't have to hire the DJs as it'll be our own in-house DJs spinning the tunes on the night!
So please join us for one of the biggest EVE Online UK meet-ups and a great party on 2nd August 2008. Our dedicated party web-site has all the information you need to know, including how to get there, where to stay and booking information.
You need to hurry; due to size limitations of the venue, we can only accept 200 people this year, so you need to book fast!
With Booty Island Radio halting broadcasting this sunday we have been able to incorporate most (if not all) of the former BIR DJ's into the existing TGR lineup.
This has allowed TGR to offer a much expanded broadcast schedule and cover the very important US prime time hours with some of the most dedicated and passionate broadcasters I have ever had the pleasure to work with in the Gaming Radio Network.
While it is sad to see Booty Island Radio shut up shop for the time being having these excellent broadcasters join and compliment the existing TGR lineup is a wonderful oppurtunity for growth and expansion we would not be able to enjoy without them.
I would therefore like to officially welcome the new DJ's from BIR to the Total Gaming Radio family and we all look forward to a long and prosperous relationship together.
A while ago we sent our intrepid event team off to Codemasters Connect '08 event in deep and dreary Brum. Whilst there, they managed to rugby tackle the lead producer of the forthcoming MMO spectacular Jumpgate Evolution and ask a bunch of probing questions to discover whether or not it could be the holy grail of sci-fi MMO gaming the Wing Commander and Freespace veterans amongst us have craved so dealy.
